Description
ZMA by AMIX contains well-absorbed forms of zinc and magnesium, including zinc L-monomethionine (L-OptiZinc®), with added vitamin B6. The original ZMA formula was developed by SNAC Systems, Inc.
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, magnesium to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin B6 to the regulation of hormonal activity. The pack is 90 capsules.

HOW TO USE
How to use: For men the dose is 3 capsules a day, for women 2 capsules — preferably on an empty stomach, 30–60 minutes before bed. For best results avoid dairy and other foods and supplements containing calcium around it.
Notes: Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a dry and cool place. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
