Terms of Service — Jiznen Online Store
Subject
Art. 1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "Jiznen" Ltd. (referred to as the "Supplier") and customers (referred to as "Users") of the online store www.jiznen.com (referred to as the "Online Store").

Description of the Online Store
Art. 4. The online store www.jiznen.com allows Users to:
- Browse products, descriptions, prices and delivery terms;
- Enter into purchase and delivery contracts;
- Receive information about new products and statutory rights;
- Subscribe to the newsletter.
Conclusion of Contract
Art. 5.
- The User concludes a contract with the Supplier through the interface of www.jiznen.com by completing an order form and accepting these terms.
- The contract is in Bulgarian and is stored in the Supplier's database.
- The User may correct data before submitting the order.
- The Supplier delivers the goods within the agreed timeframe, and the User pays the price listed on the website.
Art. 6. Communications between the parties may be made via electronic messages in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act and the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act.
Order Procedure
Art. 7.
- The User selects a product and fills in their name, email, phone number and address in the order form.
- The User accepts the general terms and conditions by checking the "I accept" box.
- The Supplier confirms the order by email.
- The User provides accurate and up-to-date information.
Art. 8. Each product in an order constitutes a separate contract. The Supplier may deliver goods from different contracts simultaneously.
Consumer Rights and Obligations (pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act)
Art. 9. This section applies to Users classified as consumers under the Consumer Protection Act:
- The main characteristics and prices of goods (including taxes) are listed on the website.
- Delivery costs, if not included in the price, are specified at the time of ordering.
- Payment and delivery methods are described in these terms.
Art. 10.

The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for:
- Goods made to order;
- Perishable goods;
- Unsealed food supplements.
- Upon withdrawal, the Supplier refunds the amount paid within 14 days and may deduct return costs if not covered by the Consumer.
- If the Supplier fails to provide mandatory information under the Consumer Protection Act, the withdrawal period becomes 12 months.
Art. 11.
- The delivery timeframe is specified at the time of ordering. If not agreed, delivery is within 30 days of the order.
- If goods are unavailable, the Supplier notifies the Consumer and refunds all amounts within 30 days or offers an alternative.
Contract Performance
Art. 12.
- The Supplier delivers goods within the agreed timeframe or within 30 days if no timeframe is specified.
- The User inspects the goods upon delivery and reports any complaints immediately.
- Complaints regarding taste or colour are not accepted unless they result from a defect. Complaints about goods with an expired or insufficient shelf life are always accepted.
Personal Data Protection
Art. 13.
- The Supplier processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR (see Privacy Policy).
- The User may receive newsletters unless they opt out.
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
Art. 14.
- The Supplier may amend these terms and conditions by notifying Users via the website or email.
- Changes take effect after 14 days unless the User rejects them in writing.
Termination
Art. 15. The contract is terminated upon:
- Cessation of the Supplier's business activities;
- Mutual agreement;
- Impossibility of performance;
- Breach of terms by the User.
Liability
Art. 16.
- The User indemnifies the Supplier for damages arising from breaches of contract or law.
- The Supplier is not liable in cases of force majeure or technical issues beyond its control.
Other Terms
Art. 17.
- The parties maintain commercial confidentiality.
- The invalidity of any clause does not nullify the entire contract.
- Bulgarian law applies (Consumer Protection Act, Commercial Act).
- These terms are effective from 1 August 2019 and are available at www.jiznen.com.
