We mainly ship with Bulgarian Posts, Speedy and Econt. Please see the shipping price information below.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay using the following methods:
Card payment – we accept payments with credit or debit cards.
Apple Pay – fast and secure payment through Apple Pay.
Cash on delivery – payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery. This option is available only for orders delivered within Bulgaria.
For international orders, payment by card or Apple Pay is required.
Can I return an order?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original packaging and the packaging has not been opened or damaged.
