Shipping and Payment

You can order products through our store or directly by phone at +359 892 084 989.

Free delivery to a Speedy office for orders over 50 EUR.

You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, or cash on delivery upon receipt of the products.

A representative of Jiznen Ltd. will contact you by phone ONLY if clarification regarding your order is required.

Delivery is made within 2 business days, counted from the next business day after the User receives a confirmation email.

The User has the right, without owing any compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 days.

The 14-day period begins from the date of:

• conclusion of the contract — for service contracts;
• acceptance of the goods by the consumer or by a third party other than the carrier.

Delivery costs are based on the prices of the selected courier — Speedy, Econt or SAMEDAY.
