Glycogen and creatine provide two different methods of supplying the energy needed to perform muscle activity. It is significantly larger than the usual carbohydrates found in sports drinks and has a molecular structure similar to that of glycogen. The larger the carbohydrate, the faster the drink passes through the stomach, and from there, through the intestinal tract, energy can enter the bloodstream. This is called osmolality - the lower it is, the faster it passes through the stomach. Loading Phase: Day 1 to Day 5: Drink 3 servings of Vitargo + CREATINE, spread evenly throughout the day. Consume the last portion immediately AFTER a training session (on training days). Doses to be taken at intervals of 3-4 hours.
