HOW TO USE
How to use: Pour the liquid first, then add the powder — this way it does not stick to the bottom. Close the lid firmly and shake for 10–15 seconds. Drink right after mixing.
Care: Rinse right after use — protein dries hard and holds the smell. Wash with warm water and a mild detergent, then leave the bottle open to dry. If you use a dishwasher, place it on the top rack.
Do not fill with hot liquids and do not use in the microwave or the freezer.
