The formula is built on whey protein concentrate, which provides a complete amino acid profile and contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
It includes the enzymes bromelain and papain - proteolytic enzymes taken from pineapple and papaya respectively, which take part in breaking protein down. This supports better absorption of the protein from food. The added lactase is an enzyme that breaks down lactose and supports the digestion of dairy products.
