HOW TO USE
How to use: Mix 1-2 tbsp. spoons of the product with 180-250 ml. cold water or low-fat milk. Use a blender or hand shaker and blend for 30 seconds. Take 2-3 servings daily, depending on your daily protein needs. Notes: Do not exceed the daily recommended dose! Not to be used as a substitute for varied nutrition!
