HOW TO USE
How to use: 1) In the form of an isotonic drink, take 1 mer. spoon (40 grams) of the powder with 500 ml. water. Osmolarity of the drink: 285-305 mosm/1000 ml. 2) In the form of a hypotonic drink, take 1 mer. spoon (40 grams) of the powder with 750 ml. water.
