Description
Instant Oats by BIOTECH is instant oat flour for breakfast or a snack between meals.
Three scoops (100 g) soaked in 200 ml of hot or 100 ml of cold water, ready in 1–2 minutes; 10 servings per pack. Flavours: chocolate, biscuit, peanut, unflavoured.

HOW TO USE
How to use: Soak 3 scoops (100 g) in 200 ml of hot water or 100 ml of cold water and wait 1–2 minutes.
