Description
AMIX GlycoDex PURE contains highly branched cyclic dextrin - cluster dextrin. The special formula with dextrin is prepared from amylopectin by using a cyclization reaction with a branching enzyme. The result is a glucose polymer with ideal properties: very low osmolarity with a relatively high molecular weight.
