Critical Whey from Applied Nutrition is a protein developed with a blend of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and hydrolysed whey protein. The whey protein concentrate is made by ultrafiltration and contains high levels of protein and branched-chain amino acids (BCAA).

The whey protein isolate in Critical Whey from Applied Nutrition is of the highest protein quality and is made by cross-flow microfiltration. Hydrolysed whey protein is a pre-broken protein, split enzymatically into peptides. These easily absorbed proteins of high biological value support the growth and maintenance of the muscles.
