Creatine Hydration from Applied Nutrition is a complete powdered formula with creatine, electrolytes, vitamins and hydrating ingredients, created to round out the diet during physical activity.

The formula contains creatine monohydrate, which takes part in supplying energy to the muscles and supports performance during short, intense effort. It includes an electrolyte complex — magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium — which supports hydration and normal muscle function.

The added vitamins (vitamin C, D3, the B-group vitamins and zinc) take part in energy metabolism and support the immune system. The formula also includes taurine, which takes part in cell hydration, and coconut water powder, used in hydrating formulas. Aquamin® (a mineral complex of marine origin) and Irish sea moss round out the mineral profile. Together these ingredients support hydration, energy and recovery.
