HOW TO USE
How to use: Place the band around the thighs, just above the knees, and work slowly — the band should stay under tension through the whole movement. Start with the lightest one.
Care: Wipe with a damp cloth, keep away from sharp edges and direct sun, and store them flat rather than stretched.
