Bedford 2 Wrist Bands / Black by BIOTECH are neoprene wrist bands for pressing and overhead work.
The band wraps just below the hand and holds the wrist in line with the forearm under load. One universal size, suitable for the left and for the right hand.

HOW TO USE
How to use: Wrap the band around the wrist, just below the hand, tight for the working set. Loosen it between sets.
Care: Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent and leave it to dry in the air. Do not tumble dry and do not dry it on a radiator.
