Austin 5 Belt with Velcro Closure by BIOTECH is a training belt with a velcro fastening — quick to put on, quick to release between sets.
Worn around the waist during heavy lifts, it keeps the torso firm under load. For training use — it is not a medical brace.

HOW TO USE
How to use: Put the belt on just above the hips and tighten it so it sits firmly but you can still breathe. Wear it for the heavy sets and take it off between them.
Care: Wipe with a damp cloth and leave it to dry in the air. It does not go in the washing machine and should not be dried on a radiator.
