Method of use: The basic daily dose is 100 g. Divide it into two parts and take 50 g (1.5 scoops) about 1 hour before training and 50 g (1.5 scoops) within 1 hour after training. Dissolve each dose of 50 g in 200 ml. plain water or low-fat milk. Use a shaker or mixer to mix.
