Description
Anabolic Masster by AMIX is a protein-carbohydrate blend for athletes in training. The protein part combines whey concentrate, CFM and ion-exchange whey isolate, hydrolysed whey protein and egg protein; the carbohydrates are glucose, fructose, maltodextrin and Palatinose®.
Every 100 g also provides 4000 mg creatine monohydrate, L-glutamine, L-arginine, taurine, beta-alanine, HMB and branched-chain amino acids. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise — the effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g. 2.2 kg pack, in several flavours.

HOW TO USE
How to use: The main daily dose is 100 g. Split it in two: 50 g (1.5 scoops) about an hour before training and 50 g (1.5 scoops) within an hour after it. Dissolve each 50 g serving in 200 ml of water or low-fat milk.
Notes: Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a dry and cool place. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
