Essential oils from:

Use

Diffuser / aroma lamp: Three to four drops of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 100-120 ml. liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute in base oil (coconut, almond, olive oil) to minimize any skin sensitivity.
